Thrive TRC offers high-quality psychotherapy services to students, adults, families, groups and organisations. Our ultimate goal is helping individuals and the wider community improve from being dysfunctional to functional, and from functional to optimal. Our psychotherapy services are available in English and in Arabic.
We strongly believe in the power and efficacy of talking therapies, the body-mind connection, and the transformative potential of counselling. Using a pluralistic approach we can draw from a range of evidence-based therapies including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person-centred approach and Trauma phased therapy depending on what best suits your unique needs and preferences at any given time.
We offer adult individual counselling sessions. Whether you're navigating depression, anxiety, stress, burnout, psychological trauma, relationship challenges, disability impact, caring fatigue, identity struggles, emotional regulation difficulties, anger issues, work related issues or the impact of neurodiversity, we offer a collaborative and compassionate service to support you.
Together, we’ll explore what matters to you, understand the patterns affecting your wellbeing, and work towards meaningful thrive, at your own pace.
At Thrive TRC, we offer individual (one-to-one ) counselling sessions. You can expect a respectful and supportive space where therapeutic relationship is built gradually and your voice remains central. Sessions are structured yet flexible, which helps to balance reflection with practical tools that promote real nurture.
The sessions are delivered online which allows you to access therapy from the comfort and privacy of your own place, and each session lasts for one hour. We offer both long term and short term and sessions. Single therapy session is also available.
We understand however, that some clients prefer phone counselling for a range of reasons. We fully respect this, and we’re happy to offer sessions by phone; whether that's as a starting point with the aim to move online, a blend of both formats, or an ongoing preference to stay on the phone.
